FOREWORD
The 10th International Conference on Modern Power Systems will be held on Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in the period 21st – 23rdof June 2023 . The main purpose of the Conference is to provide a bridge between recent advances of research on modern power systems and related engineering topics. Therefore, beside classical sessions on the progress of the theoretical research, an important accent will be paid on the industrial applications. The Conference will be organized this time in hybrid mode (onsite and online).
